Summer Reading Program
The 2023 iREAD Summer Reading Program theme is:
"Find Your Voice!"
The goals of this program are to encourage children to read for pleasure, maintain and improve their reading skills, encourage them to become lifelong library users, and establish reading as a foundation for lifelong success.
This year we are collaborating with The Carpenter Library in Cle Elum and the kick-off will be June 23rd at the Roslyn Library from 11:00-12:00. Local author June Vanderhoff will read her book "A Home for Gnome" and Josey Kalmback will instruct kids in making gnome finger puppets.
The program will run until August 14th with the culmination event at Carpenter Library. Stay tuned for more details.
